I ordered this dress about 4 years ago, when I was a size 20, which is what I ordered, and it was too small to hang nicely - was super clingy in all the wrong places. Now that I'm between a 16 and 18 (closer to 16), it fits very nicely. I wore it to work for the first time today and got a ton of compliments. So, order 1-2 sized larger if you'd like it to fit like it fits the woman in the pictures. I got the black with slightly larger white polka dots and the fabric itself is nice, flowy, stretchy but the polka dots are printed on and a bit stiff. I haven't washed this yet, but I'm going to be cautious and NOT put it in the dryer - hanging to dry should help preserve the dots. Overall, a super cute dress, comfortable and I'd wear it out for a date with the hubs as much as I'd wear it to work (with the neck safety-pinned a bit higher). The neckline is pretty low, as it hits very close to the center of my bra, so just know that it's not modest. I'd like to buy another one after I lose some more weight!The fabric isn't the highest quality, but that doesn't detract from the overall look of the dress. My version of the dress didn't have the same problem of the hole in the front as other reviewers mentioned, so that was a relief. One thing I noticed is that the fabric seam of the skirt runs right down the center of the front, so you'll see polka dots being cut off right in the middle of the dress. It's not that noticeable since the natural folds of the skirt hide it somewhat, but if you're someone who pays close attention to that sort of thing...I'm 5'4" and typically wear a size 8 dress (US size) when I want something to be tight/fitted and a 10 when I want it to be on the loose/blouse-y side. For this dress, I ordered a size 12 after reading some of the reviews. The dress definitely fits the way an 8 US would fit on me but is stretchy enough to not give that "overstuffed sausage" look. Not sure what it will be like after putting it in the dryer...!The polka dots are screen painted on, hoping they don't fade too quickly.I really like this dress! I'm 5'5" and normally wear a size 8 or medium. I ordered the 8 in this dress in the Jade and white polka dot and it fits great. It ties in the back so you can make it fit your figure. It is very flattering and comfortable. It was a little chilly in the morning so I paired it with a navy sweater and sandals. I think this is a versatile dress and will look for more in my size to order. My only negative is that there is a seam down the front of the dress and the polka dots don't quite line up. It's probably not at all noticeable to anyone else, but it bothers me a bit. Not enough that I wouldn't wear it or order more, but that's why I didn't give it 5 stars. And for the price, totally worth it!I wear this dress to a wedding and felt I fit in perfectly. I just had my baby a month and a week before this wedding and felt I was able to nurse comfortably while I was there. The fabric is very nice and feels very comfortable, after nursing the fabric bounced right back to where it should be so I didn't have to worry about it hanging too low after nursing. I will recommend this to anybody who wants a maternity dress and plans to nurse afterwards. Before I wear the dress there were some wrinkles in it, I didn't have time to really iron it so I just threw it into the dryer for a couple minutes, it held up very well in the dryer. There were no wrinkles after I was done at the wedding either. I think this dress is a very nice summer dress and can even go into the fall. It's a nice throw on dress if you are in a rush. You can dress it down or dress it up depending on the shoes and accessories. Overall I wish more dresses were made like this one.I bought the brown and black ones. I really like them overall. It's a little more revealing in cleavage than I expected, and the pattern is printed onto the fabric, not a part of the fabric itself. I'm not sure how well those dots will stay printed on. I've washed it two or three times inside out and air dried it and thus far they haven't faded. If you look close enough you can tell the dots are printed on top as there are parts of the dot not as strong in color. After a poll, none of my girlfriends could tell until I told them. It's a tiny bit more obvious on the black because the black shows through easier and the dots are larger in size. Overall a great purchase.I am excited that this product fits as expected! I ordered a size 10 and the cut is great. I am about 5'3, 150 pounds and 34 DDD. I purchased the dress to wear at a function so that I can still breast-feed my baby (without buying a pricier nursing dress that I wouldn't be interested in wearing again). It's very comfortable and could be worn in many settings, and could be dressed up for more formal occasions with some fancy shoes and jewelry (my plan!). There is some messy stitching along the hem, but the dress is a steal, so I can't complain! Super cute!These dresses are great and so versatile. I have three of the styles/colors and I'd buy more if they had burgundy in my size available. They're comfortable jersey cotton, with screen-printed polka dots. They can be dressed up for an evening social event, baptism, or a special night out. Or they can be dressed down for a casual day out on the town, brunch, or daytime social event. They even work great during pregnancy as the empire waist and flowy front allow for a baby bump.The sizing is european, so the number you order in the drop down will not match what's on the dress. The sizing in the drop down menu is american sizing, so you should be fine ordering your normal US size.Tip: if you're planning on not showing the world your girls or bra, invest in some 2-sided garment tape. I always use it to close up the deep v-neck plunge and it works perfectly.This dress is truly flattering! I purchased it for easy nursing and it certainly fit the bill and works great on a post-partum figure! My only complaint is that the pattern is screen-printed on, which keeps it pretty casual (I was hoping to be able to toss on a blazer and wear to work). However, since I was buying towards the end of summer, the color & pattern won't transition to Fall, so I ultimately plan to return. But I am definitely on the lookout for this same dress in a different color/pattern because it looks great on!I was so impressed by the dress. It hangs nice and if you are a bit concerned about tummy the knot at the front is perfect.. will definitely buy another one .Absolutely love these dresses. Bought a few now, fantastic value! The plain dresses of all one colour are a much thinner material than the patterned dresses so I wasn as keen on those but have about 5 of the different patterned dresses now and will be ordering more!!!Too small which was very disappointing because I really liked it. I am a 12 to 14 so ordered 14 would be more than ample general but would need a 16 in this dress. Returned and alternative size unavailableI bought this dress as I'm breastfeeding and it works! The neck line I think is a little too deep so I need to be checking I'm not showing my bra at the front but it looks very nice and fits perfectlyLovely dress! I'm wearing it whilst pregnant - but I know it will be great even if I wasn't pregnant. Lovely and soft, good quality and well made.
