Ordered 18W and it was quite tight on the top. The front underarm dug into my arms quite uncomfortably. Ended up ordering a different dress style/company with 18W and it fit perfectly, so I think this style is quite undersized. Also, the front line was 'crooked', shifted to the left and the 'v' was not centered. Overall, it made my oversized body look larger, rather than make it more flattering. The 'jacket' was very shear and tight, resulting in my arms appearing even larger than I expected. Also, bra straps were not aligned with the dress straps and fabric, so I'd have to find appropriate bra/under garment to accompany the dress. The beading is beautiful and liked the idea of this dress, but it did not work for me. I would have returned it, but waited too long to get another dress for my son's wedding, so I'll be looking to share this with the local stores for someone a bit smaller to use for a wedding.
